There were also complaints of&amp;nbsp;sufficient drinking water at the ground.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;A 3 member committee had been appointed by the State Government to investigate on the lapses that took place during the match which was held at the prestigious ground. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The committee is expected to submit its report before the govt before the next match at the venue scheduled for April 29th.
