WB provides rationed fuel

In the wake of recent fuel shortage crisis owing to the strike by petroleum companies, the State government has decided to go for ration for petrol and diesel.
Though the strike has been called off, the goverment is set to implement the rationing system till the fuel supply returns to normal situation.
The govt's move is meant to maintain a steady supply to pumps, and to ensure that emergency services like fire ambulances, public transports was not hit by the shortage. --MP
