DESCRIPTION:

This course covers the operating principles of Danfoss PVG-32 and 120 valves. This one-day program includes assembly, adjustment and fault diagnosis procedures as well as typical applications using these types of valves.


COURSE OBJECTIVES:

After completing this program, students will be able to:
  • Explain the operating principles of PVG-32 and 120 valves and identify their main components
  • Select a Danfoss PVG-32 valve and interpret the technical data sheet
  • Perform adjustments on the system
  • Diagnose the most common causes of valve failure

Prerequisites: H020: Variable displacement systems or relevant hydraulic experience
