Debojit Saha from the NE

A bengali boy from the NE of India has reached the finals of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa- the show on Zee Tv, but as always- seen in the recent case of dada- he has become the target of internal politics going on in the show. Almost every esteemed person on the show is out to oust him cause he is receiving abundant amount of votes from the NE- a backward place according to them...so what is wrong in it?

Its a request to you, please watch this program and vote for Debojit Saha- of course if you think that he is talented- why should bengali's(who are known to be the cultural kings of India)always be on the receiving end in every field.

First of all I congratulate Debojit for wining the Saregamapa title for 2005. He is really a very talented and versatile singer. His wife, earlier guru and his mentor Mr. Ismail also have supported him a lot to reach this destiny and of course the people of India. The Assam and Bengal are part of India. The Bengali is not the only issue. He really has a talent and he deserves this. I was shocked when other participants even Vinit suspected him having a terrorist link because he is from Assam. This is shameful. The programme was meant for hunting talents. It does not matter whoever comes from where. Everybody shuold accept that in literature and music, bengalis have lot of talents. Even S D Burman and R D Burman are from NE. Kishore Kumar, Abhijit, Hemanta Mukherjee, Salil Chowdhury are all from Bengal. So what is bad if all bengalis support him including Assam? If Tendulkar is god for Mumbaities, what is bad if bengalis raise their voice against the selector's wrong treatment against Saurav? Bravo Debojit. Wish you all the best for a brighter future. Very soon every Indians are going to listen your magical voice for long long time.
